No internet for a week or more
No internet since last week, account up to date. When will the problem be resolved? Can't be paying for something that is not operational.

27 May 2025, 12:37This is the answer I have been getting for the past week, but it does not help at all if the issue is not resolved. How long does it take to repair a tower for the inter to be functional. I was told 24 to 48 a week ago an it never came to fruition, till I had to complain on helopeter.
