No internet for a week

I have been complaining to Rain that I have no internet it's been almost a week now, their response is our tower has a problem, I can't be paying for services that I do not get, I asked them to cancel my subscription and refund me so I can get better services elsewhere, their response is it will be canceled at the end of the month, what are you canceling that's not working another month without internet that I use for school projects, work and assignments? I want my refund and a cancelation immediately
