No internet for 7days

Can you kindly come fetch your router this isn’t working … I can’t be out of internet for a whole week when I have a smart tv cause now nothing is happening at all. You can’t keep saying you escalating to network and no one calls, you can’t say I must restart and many times nothing happens, you can’t say move router to here or there and nothing happens I’ve put your SIM card in my 5G iPhone drove to the road you claim the router should face I still have no service it’s like the SIM card doesn’t work at all…. If I have no internet connection by close of business today please come fetch your device I’ll take a contract with a reputable company not this
