No internet for 24 hours, COMMON occurrence for rain!

24 HOURS NO INTERNET!

Here we go AGAIN!!!

I dont knownwhy I bother because NOTHING is ever resolved but rain knows exactly how to resolve payments when they taking money! How you people expect me to work without my internet is simply amazing. Nobody answers phones, nobody bothers to honor promises of not charging full.amounts for days without internet! You people really just have no consideration for your consumers!
