No Internet
The promise of uncapped LTE at 10mb/s for R479 would sound promising to anyone however, once you receive this product and get it activate its just been a nightmare. This has been my experience as I have been having no service or support from from Rain.
I have logged tickets any no response was given from Rain. I Have had NO internet since I have bought this product.
My network speedtest ranges from 0,12 download to nothing at all (what happened to 10mb/s). Please can someone at Rain please assist urgently.
