I have been complaining about Rain for the past 6 months and all I get is to reboot the routet. I am sick and tired of this. Weekend is worse and no network. We can watch TV. I'm giving them till end of month to fix it and if not I need my REFUND or I'll take it to the Ombudsman

Hi

Upon checking your rain profile we do see that you are connected to a 4G site as you are not in a 5G area we have refreshed your connection can you please power off your device for about 5mins Once powered back on please test your connection as you should be connected Thanks, rain💧
