No internet connectivity

For the past 2 months we have struggled with internet connectivity issues, everytime we call and ask for help we are met with a call center agent who reads from a script. We have logged numerous complaints and have asked for managers and superiors to get in touch with us, however that has not happened. A truly shocking internet company who claim they are able to provide a service they are not fit to provide.

Would never recommend this service to anyone.
