No Internet connection, what a poor service I recieved

What a poor service, you only get help from Ai machines but when you register you deal with human. I have been without internet the whole day and I have been trying to get help and used all of their platforms the only thing I recieved was one of their staff will call me back. I pay every month to get such a bad service from rain. I've been with rain for years when it was 4G only that time their service was better, ever since they introduced Ai the service is so so poor. I just canceled, and I will never recommend anyone to take their service.
