No internet connection, very long phone calls still no internet.

Brand new router, still no internet connection since delivery. It has been 5 days.I have phoned 3 times took about 15 minutes each time, supp**** my IMEI number and Serial number yet still nothing.If no one gets in touch with me I am sending this back. My location is supposed to have internet connection all the other networks work very well. It is just the rain network. If someone with the company can get back to me I will remove this review and replace it with honest feedback.
