no internet connection since Saturday

I have been sitting without internet from Saturday, all they tell me the matter is escalated, no direct line to their technicians. each and every call centre agent I speak to gives me a different reason why don't have internet. each day I'm offline is a day unpaid. 3 days' worth salary is nothing any of us would want to part with in this economy. RAIN PLEASE tell me what must i do? how will i make up the lost income? how many more days will i sit without internet?
