No Internet Connection Once Again In Less Than A WEEK!!!

I'm Disappointed Yet AGAIN With Rain Not Having Internet Connection For The Past 5 Hours. A Week Hasn't Even Passed And This Problem Occurs Again. This Is Absolutely Ridiculous. I Pay For The Best Deal That You Guys Provide And Yet You Continously Fail To Render The Services You Guys Say You Provide. I Have Restarted This Damn Router For More Than 3 Times Yet It Still Fails. Please, I Need This Sorted ASAP, If This Is How Rain Conducts Business By Dissapointing Its Customers Continuously Then I Don't See A Future In Investing In Such And I Know I'm Not The Only One Complaining About This, How Do Recommend To Other Customers If You Guys Fail Repeatedly.
