No internet connection! No more patience!
Worst internet service ever! We have been struggling for 2 weeks with no internet service and nothing has been delt with after we phoned and emailed them countless times. Every time it is the same list you need to check and they will tell you that they will escalate the matter but they are actually doing nothing about the problem at hand. We will go to every platform and place a bad review until we get the service we deserve. We are paying customers getting poor service and it's nothing less than a useless company that does not meet their promises.

09 Feb 2022, 15:173 days ago we have been promised a technician and no technician came to us. We have rep**** on an email with our address and coordinates and pin location to our property. Secondly we don't feel comfortable sharing our address on social media like you just did now! We see this as reckless and endangering to our safety and those around us that you will openly share an address on a social media platform without prior consent from us or any other parties that might be involved. You may contact us personally to get the address AGAIN if need be, this however should not be necessary as the coordinates to our address has been emailed to you three days ago. Please note that if any harassment, endangering acts etc happens at the above address that you so openly shared we and other parties involved will hold Rain responsible.
