No Internet connection in while in the best Network coverage

Since I received the sim card yesterday, there has been no network until at this moment I'm typing this review. I'm not one to give such negative reviews but then when the service provider is providing bad services then I've got to choice but to complain. The sim is activated and I'm in the best coverage of 4G ever but then dololo network. I called their customer care number but then it went to full 3 minutes of just playing me music and with no one to help. If by Monday I haven't received help, I'm requesting a refund.
