No internet connection for the whole month with Rain

We bought Rain package on the 7th August 2023,it was then delivered but we informed them (Rain call center) that it is connecting,it says no internet, We called the call center several times only to be told that they have escalated the fault to their technicians to assist until today 12/09/2023 no help received .I called several times but not once. My mom is working from home full time and I'm studying from home and now I have to move to squat at the campus just for me to get wifi access,This is really unfair as I'm expected to pay their services end of the month.we are told that 5g covers everything but now they are forever busy with the lines that are down somewhere else,what about us??????
