No internet connection for over a week now 128

I'm so disappointed with rain it's been a week now and still don't have internet connections been calling the support team with no assistance. I even escalated to the team leader but still I don't have internet access, I was promised that a person from their network department will call me but 24 hours later still no call from them. This is really frustrating as I'm busy with my exams and I can't afford to be buying data. I pay for this internet connection that I'm currently not getting😔😔 😔
