No internet connection for more than 24hrs

I have been with internet connection since yesterday. This is so frustrating since the internet is used in the house for watching TV and working. So since rain consultants are not even responding to any of my emails what does that mean for my family? That we must sit in quiet and not watch anything.......

Rain needs to start communicating with people because when I search on the internet I cannot even find their contact number. And they are not even responding to my emails......
