No Internet connection for days, no help

My name is Ziyanda Yabo, I'm very upset with the pathetic service I'm getting from rain network, today is the third day I have been completely without Internet connection but I'm paying these people, I have made countless phone calls and I'm not getting help, I'm someone who works from home and this has affected me very badly I have resorted to buying data but I have WiFi at home which doesn't make sense at all, I regret taking their offer and I would never recommend anyone to them
