NO INTERNET CONNECTION FOR DAYS!!!!

Reference ***... PLEASE check your email and inbox messages! I have tried contacting you by going through your support team only to receive a generic email with the above reference number. This is the THIRD day without internet access and I need it to be able to work from home!! We have tried all methods to try and reconnect, but NOTHING is working. PLEASE escalate this problem as I am desperate to be able to do my work. This kind of service is unacceptable as I'm sure we'll be charged our full installment month end despite not having internet access for THREE days!!
