No internet connection for 6 whole days still no connection currently

I don't have internet connection since Sunday on the 8th of January 2023, contacted support with no luck or any assistance. If I could I would rate the company it would be a big fat 0. The service is poor very unreliable. As a working from home person my job is is at stake but I pay for the services. I don't recommend this company at all. Had to get alternative connection but I've already paid for rain, unnecessary expenses. STAY AWAY FROM RAIN.
