No internet connection

I have a problem with Rain Internet connection. Want to use my rain while I'm on holiday. But not getting any Internet connection.

Why is there no contact number.

Pride of India cres Jeffreysbay.

I had a look on your coverage map before I went on holiday and showed that there is coverage as well as my next location in Sedgefield where I will be going next Monday then I will be staying in flamingo road.

If there is no coverage I'm going to be very unhappy with the service since the coverage map is showing that there is coverage!

I'm not getting any connection. Its saying no Internet. Could you please provide me with settings so that I can check that all my settings are setup correctly.

I phoned support yesterday and this person said that there are no signal in both locations. I really would appreciate consistence from Rain with response I receive.

Since I'm required to have internet for work this is very important.

Why is there not even 4G it doesn't have to be 5G. I'm really disappointed in the service. How must I do my work
