No internet connection

I'm still having problem of connection to internet it's been weeks now last week I wrote on this platform the I got connection for a day the it wen off again can't be working like this . Rain network only connects 2 hrs in a day then they will tell you they can't credit money for that day cause u were connected for only 2hrs out of 12 hrs . This ref *** got an email started that its solved but still no connection today 8 July 2023 the whole day we not connected I don't know will be connected, still Gwedoline street tower down it has never been fixed . Since June we having problems of not connected to internet.
