No internet connection

Rain is useless, a lot of my friends suggested I move to rain but guess what, they debuted my R479 but I can’t use the network, it’s so slow, and no one to call to help, I went step by step to set up the APN but still no connection in the house, please help ASAP can’t pay with no internet connection.
