No Internet Connection.

I am truly disappointed with Rain, I have not had an internet connection for days now and when I try to reach out to support, the call does not go through. I submitted two tickets on their app and I have not received a response as well. I'm sitting with a router that doesn't work but they very quick to take my money. Why take my money if you can't render the service that you are provided to do? And yes before I ordered this router, on your website it did say that I have coverage in my area and I'm still in the same damn area but I have no coverage, this is absolutely ridiculous. You can't take my money and have nothing to show for it, bare in mind I'm paying for the highest package with unlimited speeds but I'm not receiving anything!!
