No internet connection, and no support available

No internet connection and when I tried phoning support i got an automated response that they're only available till 8 in the evenings. This is ridiculous! How can you not have support 24/7 - I HAVE WORK TO DO!!. Now you are offering free sim cards with the 5g account - how is that going to work with no support after 8. This is ridiculous. I already had no internet for close to two days this month because of tower maintenance, but you expect full payment of the account.
