No internet connection and no communication

I am soo disappointed about the kind of service that i have received from rain.My service was activated on the 18th of November for the Black Friday special they claimed to have and now noone knows about, and haven't been able to connect to the internet from day 1.But have been debiting my account in the mean time. But i have managed to troubleshoot and findout that the Router is actually faulty and have let the agents know, the only thing i hear is we will escalate to the correct department everyday when i call.
