No internet connection all week despite calling everyday.

My wifi hasn’t been working since Monday and I’ve been calling Rain (my wifi company) multiple times since Monday. It is now Saturday and my wifi is still not working. I’ve done all the types of resets there is and switched it off for hours and it’s still not working. Everytime I call it takes 5 minutes to actually reach someone and then they proceed to tell me to switch it off and on and all the same thing that I’ve already done. I tell them that and they say they will escalate my query, they cannot do anything and someone grom their network team will contact me. This still has not happened. I’ve since then asked to speak to a manager several times and they hang up on me everytime when I’m trying to speak to a manager. They’ve also told me that a manager will contact me as soos as they are done with the call they are on which has not happened. I have also changed the position of the router as instructed to a great position according to the router interface website but I still cannot stay connected to the internet.
