No Internet Connection Again!!!!
I'm Disappointed Yet AGAIN With Rain Not Having Internet Connection For The Past 5 Hours. A Week Hasn't Even Passed And This Problem Occurs Again. This Is Absolutely Ridiculous. I Pay For The Best Deal That You Guys Provide And Yet You Continously Fail To Render The Services You Guys Say You Provide. I Have Restarted This Damn Router For More Than 3 Times Yet It Still Fails. Please, I Need This Sorted ASAP, If This Is How Rain Conducts Business By Dissapointing Its Customers Continuously Then I Don't See A Future In Investing In Such And I Know I'm Not The Only One Complaining About This, How Do Recommend To Other Customers If You Guys Fail Repeatedly.

I Am Writing Again Now Because Since I Mentioned This Yesterday Already. Till Now This Issue Hasn't Been Resolved, I'm Still Here With No Internet Connection And This Is A New Day. This Honestly Isn't Fair, We'll Lose Our Jobs Because Of Your Lack Of Services Which You Guys Are Very Quick To Deduct Money For In My Account But Honestly What Are We Paying For Because You Guys Continuously Fail To Provide The Services You Promised. Honestly I'm So Tired Of Writing Reviews About One Issue The Whole Time, After Several Months Of Paying For This Service, I Don't See Any Use For It Anymore Because It's Not Like I'm Being Provided Any Service. Kindly Please Look Into This Matter And Have It Resolved ASAP And Just Know That This Is My Last Month Using This **** Internet Service Provider, We'll Lose Our Jobs Waiting For You Guys To Do Your Damn Job!!!
