No internet connection

I’m very disappointed with Rain. I have not had internet connection from last Thursday. Last Friday Rain emailed me saying an agent will contact me, which did not happen😡. I am finding myself having to buy data bundle from other service providers because my connection issue is not being resolved, and yet I pay for unlimited internet access. This is such an inconvenience, I have work and assignments to be done😡😡
