No Internet Connection

i have not be able to connect to the internet on my Rain uncapped Bundle since Tuesday 23rd of March in the evening, when calling yor call centre i have been told that the tower is faulty and it will be resolved shortly, im still waiting without any internet connection??? what do i have to do to get this fixed???
