No Internet Connection. 5 days now

We got no internet connection for the past 4 days. Kensington Bedford area. Called rain, call centre service so bad. They can't explain wats wrong, now I must wait for the network team which is expected to call me after 2 working dayz. 1 January they will be debuting our account.. Sies Not recommended for anyone looking for uncapped home or office wifi because it's not reliable.
