NO INTERNET CONNECTION

I had bought a simcard from rain and paid the R479 but up until to date I haven't had used the simcard because there is no internet. I was sent a message that simcard was activated but that simcard never worked and before I purchased the simcard I had checked if my area was covered and it was covered.

I have tried to be in contact with rain but to no avail.

I would like some assistance or to atleast get a refund. Thank you.
