No internet connection

Was happy with your service until I had a problem with the internet connection for the past 4 days now, called you many times but I didn't get any help instead your consultants will be telling me that they are resetting the router then still it's not working, they have been promising that the technian will call back but they don't call , seems like they don't know their job
