No internet connection
I am constantly getting intermittent disconnect and every time I raise the issue I am being told the tower I am connected too has issues but no one ever tells me when that issue is going to be resolved . I’m not sure why I keep paying for a service I am not receiving cause honestly it’s frustrating to be dealing with this every now and again I must run around the house like a headless chickens looking for connection and still don’t get any.
