No internet connection

I so disappointed with Rain service, It been since last week Tuesday 08.08.2023 without connectivity and now it is the 19.08.2023. I have reported the matter they promised to resolve the matter within 3 to 5 working days, I have to always contact them for me to get clarity there's no feedback. I have been told it's technical matter and the manager will contact me but no one contacted me. Their service is so poor.
