No internet connection

I have been without internet for 11 days now and Ive been told that the tower closest to me is down and they will send a technician to fix the tower issue and I should expect a call regarding feedback. Till to date no one has called me back and I have to keep using my money to call your office everyday to check how far is my issue but I always get the same answer. Im very disappointed with how you are treating my issue as a loyal customer. I am expecting this issue to be resolved immediately and I am also expecting a curtesy call from rain regarding my issue or I will have to cancel and look elsewhere. This is totally unacceptable
