No Internet

I have been sitting without internet for the past two days where there has been no assistance of any kind. I have recently moved and proposed updated my address 4 times with 4 different consultants. After I finally received feedback from the networks department which assisted me on my old address and not my updated address as confirmed with 4 different consultant. Issue before weekend still not resolved. Paying for a service that I am not receiving
