No Internet!!!

Dear Fattima,

If it is a person or an automated response , it has been a week since I have had any internet reception. What is going on and when will it be sorted out? I don't want to hear a consultant will contact me back , the call reception is so bad when I even get called back. Maybe you should used another service provider to call clients back. Just sort your **** out and give us what we are paying for.
