No internet

I am appalled by Rain, I have been without my wifi connection for almost 3 weeks and no one can tell me why or is able to assist with my query. I have an assignment due this afternoon... I have been sent from pillar to post and let's not even start with the disaster of a call centre that literally drops your call while trying to sort out the matter.

I need this sorted and I need it to be made known that this service provider had failed dismally in their customer service division
