No internet but being billed

Hi Team I app**** for a Rain data sim account. I filled in all the details 2 December I received it on the 9th of December 2019 According to Rain If Ram delivers its activated. I waited for a day then by the 3rd day I sent them an email. Due to loadshedding the sent automated response saying there could be a delay. So I waited. I then sent another email on the 13 and another and still got no response. On the 1st I sent another email and still no response. In the interim I see I have been billed. R185. Sim is still not active. I would like a refund please and want no further dealings with rain. Thanks for your assistance Mrs A Harnekar
