No internet and o customer service

Still eating on this promised call back within 24 hours resolve my internet issue. Really how bad can your service be. Only after logging a call am I told that the tower serving us has been down for more than a week already. Really now, it's costing me more money using a different provider yet you quick to debit my account. Still waiting for a resolution. Pathetic is an understatement.
