No internet and no contact.
We have had no internet connection, even upgraded to the next package in the hope of getting some signal to work. Sent requests for assistance to no avail. Would Rain please just let us know that they have no coverage instead of showing that there is and leaving us frustrated. If there is a customer service centre they urgently need to contact us.
