No internet and no assistance

3 days with no internet due to error with billing. My account is up to date but for some reason I don’t have internet. I have called Rain and they admitted it was an error and they will sort it. I called 6 times yesterday and was told they will sort each time. This morning I call again and the same story this time with the call being cut in my ear. I will be finding another internet provider. This company doesn’t care
