No Internet and it's not because of no coverage

I am paying R479 for a service that is not working and I know it's not because I do not have coverage but its a human error. Someone from that *********** company switch my internet off after I made an upgrade, so instead of switching off my Sim 1 they just cancelled both my Sim Cards and now I am left stranded with no way of getting support since the lockdown. I'm very disappointed and will be looking for another LTE service prider.
