No internet after paying.

I was not provided the internet the entire February month.When I logged into the profile it said 521 on Saturday then days later its I still said I owe 521.

Why if I was blocked from the services in February would I still need to pay when I ddnt have the internet the entire month. Why all of a sudden do I owe another 521 when I paid on the 24th

We paid upfront when we started the pro-rata.
There was never a postpaid.
Last year we had the same issue and it was resolved as we have been up to date.

Why are back to the same issue on a different year.
Please check the payments.we are up to date.we experienced the same inconvenience 2023.
