No internet access since 21st of December 2021 and bad service

On the 17th of December I order the rain g5 for R499p.m I received mine on the 21st of December 2021 until today my simcard is not working.. The router shows. It's not getting signal.. If I put the router in by my laptop. It shows there is no internet access...

I'm so. Disappointed in rain my first time dealing with them.. I've been calling them since the 21st of December about the sim thats showing no internet access today is the 23rd and yet its not sorted or fix and no on is getting back to me to solve my problem . They have very bad service.
