No internet access, no help, and then they overcharged me with no explanation. Still no help!

I have been emailing Rain for over a month to fix my internet connection and I have not received any help since a call they made a few weeks ago where they identified that my router was pulling from the wrong source. I have been following up with them consistently and they keep sending me emails notifying me that 'help is on the way' - but there has been no help. I am paying for WIFI that isnt working on a monthly basis. When I tried to cancel, they said they would call/email to confirm my cancellation - they still have not called. Instead this month they charged me almost double with no explanation. I am sooooo sick of this nonsense and they keep taking my money monthly yet I am not getting the service I am paying for.
