No internet Access issues

I have been using rain for a long time without issues, but for the past month i have been very frustrated with no internet access, its a daily struggle and it starts from 7pm. I have contacted them and logged tickets but they dont even follow up.. Im really thinking of canceling and finding a service provider that cares about its customers..

Nothing is looking good with thie service im receiving. When im lucky enough to have internet, the speed is so slow averaging between 3-4 mbps, when im paying for 50 mbps.

This is just a money grabbing bunch of ****s.. All you can tell me is that everything is looking good, what a joke
