No internet access but money was deducted
Rain has been having connection issues from Monday and still today it's Friday and we have to pay full amount at the end of the month. This is BS and it's not onn. They keep on sending rating emails to rate. The service sucks guys so many people work from home and we depend on connection. Now I'm sick and I have to come to the office which is a risk. This is BS for real. Just close down already so we can look for alternatives that works better for us

Connect me to a tower which is near 447 Ndlebe street and fix the tower. From Monday u have been fixing it until now. It's not fair and will have to pay full amount that's *******
