No internet access because tower is down.
We have been struggling to get internet access. The 5G device is showing green but no internet access this has be going on for the past 2weeks the connection has been unstable. And I have called in to query this, only answer I get is the tower is down but it will connect to the next closest tower to our area. How we are paying service but not getting full quality.
