NO INTERNET ACCESS

I've been with Rain 5G for over a year now and i haven't experienced any problems with their services, I'll definitely give credit for this one first.

All of a sudden I'm experiencing the kind of problems on google review and social media that people were complaining about.

I work from home and i have no internet access since Friday, i called and i was told that towers in my area are down but my neighbors use a different network provider yet their wifi have internet access.

Rain mentioned that their technical team is handling the matter, i relaxed and was hopeful. Saturday comes still nothing, i call in I'm told that their seniors are in a meeting and they will call back to resolve the matter, nothing happened. Sunday no internet access still... Bare in mind i paid and never have i skipped/missed any payments.

Today it's Monday i have to work, i still don't have access to the internet and had to carry my laptop to go work next door(neighbors).

The service is terrible, they lie constantly, empty promises and make one to be hopeful over nothing.

May i kindly have this matter fixed or i might as well take my money to internet service providers who will acknowledge its value, I'm very disappointed.
